The vast majority of these clients have had ongoing large bulk projects involving lengthy sets of research interviews spread out over a period of 12 months or more. We specialise in assisting with work involving strong British/UK English dialects and some of these clients have had hundreds of hours of these recordings for us to transcribe. Our transcription service is specifically aimed at academics based in the UK, undertaking work that requires GDPR compliant providers operating solely in the UK, without their recordings leaving the UK and being undertaken by expert transcribers able to understand and process British and Irish accents. We can provide references, confidentiality undertakings, details of our technical set up including our server security, and also complete sample transcriptions so you can try the service before committing to a sizeable order.
