1. Personal Service
We will identify the transcriber(s) working on your project. You can request the same transcriber for all your work. Any queries, problems or complaints? Speak directly to our Transcription Manager on the phone, by chat or email and never, ever communicate with a machine.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not happy with the completed transcription, just return it to us for further amendments at no charge. We will keep working on it.*
3. No payment until the work is complete
We do not take payment in advance, and we don’t mind invoicing universities and organisations directly for payment.
4. British transcribers will complete your work at all times
All our English language transcribers are native English speakers and based in the UK.
5. Support charity by using us
If you use our service then a charitable cause somewhere in the UK or Africa will benefit because somewhat uniquely we donate 10% of our profits to charity every year and have done so since we started, more than 15 years ago.
