About me: I am an experienced social researcher and worked in academia, local government and the NHS for over a decade.

Unique information: Having been on the other end of transcription in these roles, I quickly recognised the importance of high quality transcripts to the analysis process. Now I’m working as an independent researcher, I’m able to produce my own transcriptions as well as those for other academics – it’s one of the best bits of the research process!

Qualifications: Psychology MA (Hons) Social Science, Postgraduate Certificate in Social Science Research Methods, PhD.
